Announcements
Welcome, Whitetail Run members!
The HOA board would like to first introduce ourselves, Thea Clapp serving as President, Tom Redmond serving as Treasurer, and Amanda TrujilloservingasSecretary.
Hopefully, everyone was able to attend the first HOA meeting this month, however if you were unable and would like the minutes from the meeting please send an email request.
HOA dues have been mailed to each community member, please be on the lookout for these.HOA dues are due May 1, 2019. If you do not receive one or have any questions please e-mail the HOA board.
We are all very excited to begin this journey!

Summer Time Information
Be sure to check with HOA before making cosmetic changes to your property such as painting and landscaping changes.
RV & Boats must be kept in the drive-way, and are only allowed between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Above ground swimming pools are not allowed.
Trampolines must be kept on the homeowner's property.
Please pick up dog waste. Only two animals are allowed on each property.
Reminders
Speed Limit 25MPH-- Please be sure to keep in mind that the community speed limit is25MPH. The weather is beginning to warm up so please be aware of children outside playing and running around.
Trash Pick-Up & Bulk Pick-Up: YardWastepick-upbeginsMarch 1st
Special Item/Bulky Item Pick-Up will be Friday, May 17, 2019
Trashcans should only be placed outside the night before pick-up, and should be put away the evening of trash pick up.
