HOA Board Meeting Notes 4/21/2021

· Yearly budget and collecting dues this year

• Mail the dues post cards

○ Lucas to get the dues post cards by April 23rd

○ Tammie mail them out by April 30th

• Include Link for the ability to pay online

○ Can we add a sticker?

• Emails

○ Lucas will send emails with the contacts he has

○ Lucas will spam the website

· Marsh clean-up project behind Archer Dr

• If considered runoff could be costly ($50k+)

○ This seems to be the case based on prior conversations

○ This should be David Ward's responsibility but he has no interest in correcting

· At a point with David Ward that our hands are tied

○ The HOA is merely a middle man for David to have all control

· Is a vote needed to add you all to the board as "representatives"?

• Is the covenant even valid?

○ Can we amend and rewrite?

• Should we contact a lawyer?

○ Tyrel's wife is going to investigate the validity of the covenant as the company that wrote it has gone bankrupt

· Identifying and bringing issues to a resolution.

• Regular cadence of meetings will bring this to a close

· Lawn Care contact

• Trey and Tammie

○ Trey has contacted TMB Lawn Care and will continue to work with the neighborhood through the transition

○ TMB will start trimming the fence lines

· Garage Sale

• Amber taking lead on this initiative

○ Will pick a date, forward info to Lucas

§ Most likely will try to squeeze it in before school is out

§ Thursday/Friday-Saturday

○ Lucas will create social media info

○ The sign is in Tammie's garage

· Front Entrance Flower Bed

• Community Effort encouraged

○ Tammie and Amber to lead initiative

• Once a month event?

• Tammie to get quote for Junipers and bring it to a vote

• Remove Mulch and lay rock

• Repaint?

· Tree budget

• Lucas will come up with a number for us to spend yearly

• Walking trail?

• Tree care plan

○ Will require volunteer maintenance

· Add a water line

• $8-10k for city to put in water line

• Not worth the cost at this point
