End of two-year term for president, treasurer, and secretary.

We are quickly approaching the end of the two-year term for HOA president, treasurer, and secretary. That being said we are now accepting nominations for all three of these positions. We ask that you either email hoawhitetailrun@gmail.com or send us a letter to P.O. Box 1784 Raymore, MO 64083 with your name, address, and what position you intend to run for. Please have all nominations in by 02-21-2022. Once we receive the nominations, we will mail out an additional letter with the nominee’s names and a ballot that will need to be sent back by the date outlined in that letter. When we receive the ballots, we will schedule a meeting to announce the winners. These last two years have been filled with obstacles that no one could have prepared for. These obstacles have led us to do our meetings via skype and unfortunately, we feel that it is in the best interest of the community’s health to continue with these until it is safe to do so again.
