Each household received a copy of the covenant upon entering the meetings.

Agenda:

Welcome and Introductions

Roles and Goals of HOA and Board

  • Community Meetings:

    • Two community meetings will be held each year, those meetings will be held in April and October each year.

  • Board Meetings:

    • Four board meetings will be held each year.

Terms for Board Members:

· President: 1 year

· Treasurer: 2 year

· Secretary: 2 year

Financial Standings:

  • Budget: (attachment)

  • Dues:

    • Yearly HOA dues will be due each year on May 1st.

    • Please contact the HOA if you have not received a notice or have any questions about outstanding dues.

  • Mowing: (see budget)

  • Common ground usage ideas:

    • If you have any ideas or suggestions for the common grounds or green space please contact the HOA.

Covenant Enforcement & Frequent Offences:

  • Architectural Control – Developer

    • External designs, appearance, paint color, any changes to the exterior of the property, building fences and/or wall structures – requested in writing to the builder.

      • Please email or contact the HOA if you wish to submit a request. The HOA will then contact the builder.

      • Trash dumpsters, street parking and pets

  • Common Areas

    • For everyone to enjoy

    • No personal property

    • Letters of notification and compliancy time frame

Newsletter and Events:

  • Quarterly newsletters

    • Newsletters will be distributed via email. Please be sure to email the HOA email so that you will receive your quarterly newsletter.

    • Community garage sale

    • Block party

    • Neighborhood clean up

Questions and Answers Time:

  • 918 Coyote: All water drains missing—city

    • HOA board will be contacting the city regarding this issue.

  • 818 Archer: Repaving sidewalks

    • HOA board is in contact with the builder and city regarding this issue.

  • 913 Doe: Agenda for future meetings

    • All agendas for future meetings will be available at the time of the meeting.

  • 1702 Archer: Flagpoles allowed?

    • Yes.
