Architectural Control and Permissions
The developer of Whitetail Run, Dave Ward, holds architectural control of the subdivision. Any and all exterior improvements must be approved by him, in writing before such projects begin. The developer has 30 days to approve or disapprove proposed projects.
To obtain approval please email the HOA board's email account hoawhitetailrun@gmail.com with the following information.
Name and address of residence.
A drawing of the house/lot along with the proposed changes.
A detailed description of proposed changes including dimensions including size/height/length, material, color. Please be as detailed as possible.
The HOA Board will forward your email to the developer and reply back to you the developers response as soon as it is received.
If in doubt ask!!!
*No improvements, alterations, repairs, changes of paint colors, excavations, changes in grade or other work with in any way alters the exterior or any property or the improvements located thereon from its natural or improved sate existing on the date such property was first conveyed in fee by the developer to an owner shall be made or done without the poor approval of the Architectural Review Board.
*No buildings, fence, wall, residence, or other structure shall be commenced, erected, maintained, improved, altered, made or done without the prior written approval of the Architectural Review Board.
